Refund & Cancellation Policy – Rasoi Xpress

At Rasoi Xpress, we prepare every meal fresh on order to deliver authentic North Indian taste and the best dining experience. Since our products are freshly cooked food items, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order only if the food preparation has not started.

  • Once the kitchen begins preparation, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as meals are freshly cooked specifically for you.

  • To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately through the contact details mentioned on the website.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

✅ Order not delivered due to operational or delivery issues
✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Missing items in the order
✅ Food received in damaged or spilled condition
✅ Quality issue verified by our team

All issues must be reported within 15 minutes of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partner conditions beyond our control

  • Change of taste preference after delivery

  • Partial consumption of food before reporting the issue

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Orders Placed via Delivery Partners

For orders placed through third-party platforms (such as Zomato, Swiggy, or other delivery partners), refund requests must be raised directly through the respective platform as per their policies.
