At Rasoi Xpress, all meals are freshly prepared after order confirmation and delivered hot and fresh through our trusted delivery network.


1. Delivery Model

Rasoi Xpress operates as an online restaurant and cloud kitchen. Deliveries are fulfilled through:

  • Authorized third-party food delivery partners, and/or

  • Logistics partners assigned at the time of order.

We currently deliver within selected serviceable areas as shown during checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are prepared fresh after successful order confirmation.

  • Typical preparation time: 15–25 minutes, depending on the dish and order volume.

  • Orders are dispatched immediately after preparation.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time ranges between 30–60 minutes from order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather situations

    • Peak meal hours

    • Delivery partner availability

    • Local operational constraints

Delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed timeline.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Charges may vary based on distance, order value, and delivery partner pricing.


5. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the delivery partner:

  • Delivery handling is managed by the assigned logistics partner.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.

Failure to receive the order may result in cancellation without refund.


6. Serviceable Areas

Delivery is available only in selected locations.
If your area is not serviceable, the website will not allow order placement.


7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Rasoi Xpress shall not be held liable for delays caused by external delivery conditions.


8. Order Issues During Delivery

If you experience any of the following:

  • Missing items

  • Spillage or damaged packaging

  • Incorrect order received

Please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery with photos/videos for quick resolution as per our Refund Policy.


9. Orders via Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed through platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, or other aggregators will follow the delivery and refund policies of those respective platforms.
